To: 'eevacation mail.com[jeevacation©gmail.com] From: Sent Thur 8/7/2014 8:32:02 PM Subject: Jeffrey I had a periodic lunch with Jim McCann (just to catch u on market activi and rospects) who mentioned that he has clients who own a house at and who want a larger lakefront house "between the clubs". They made an $18 million offer on your neighbor's house (Mrs Cunningham) at which Moens has listed at $22.8 million and was rebuffed. (Moons said she has turned down $20 million.) Mc Catm's clients are Fred and Lisa Barbara. He was in the garbage hauling business in Chicago and is a close associate of Mayor Dailey and other political figures in Chicagoland. He is reported to have sold at least one business some years ago for $100 million but to have other interests with city contracts. His house on Everglades Island is worth around $10 million in this market. Mrs Cunningham has the same 175 ft you do on the lake but her lot has 30' more depth east to west (220 ft vs 190 ft.) The houses are close in size. McCann tells me the Barbaras will be in PB this weekend. Would you let them see your house? There are no properties on the market on the lake in the "between the clubs" neighborhood except Cunningham. Paul EFTA_R1_00251654 EFTA01855030
