Sue and I worked all day and both apartments (I OB & 10F) are now empty
Work on the floor at apt 10B began today and should be complete by Friday
Work on the floor at apt I OF should begin Monday
Both Apartments will probably also need new air conditioner units (2 per apt) which I v. ill price
