In other instances prices are lower, I hope you noticed that I discounted quite a few of them. Other nurseries would have increased ALL the prices due to maintenance costs which are high as everything else in these islands. My FINAL price for the list I sent is $31,994 with the same terms and conditions and pick up by end July. I am not willing to negotiate any firther.
