there is a pretty neat loophole in the kyoto protocol as it relates to HFC. we couldn't do it in the USA but with less
than a 25M investment you could make 1 billion in a year. pretty neat. china is the only currently currently
exploiting the loop hole and everyone is pissed off but nothing can be changed. we would have to find a country
that would let us build a stupid refrigerant plant (that wouldn't actually need distribution etc) where we would
create hfc 23 only to destory it by flaming. flaming is super cheap. it would be super fun. i was thinking that since
you knew the president of senegal and he doesn't care about controvery it might be fun. the other place we
could try is angola. what do you think? look it up
