He is not available on Thursday to do a dinner. He can do Wed, Friday or Sat, but Steve really thinks we need for him to do a tasting for us first before doing any dinners. Should I see if the chef can at least do a tasting for Thursday lunch, then dinner type thing just for us to try out before he does any guest dinners? Can any of these 2 work Don't have the chef start out cooking for a party no one wins here Let the chef understand what Jeff likes + wants Can we get 2 days ?? If NOT We could even possibly pull off a 1 pm tasting of the first 5.
