Subject Re: GIV update
Great, I'll notify Don, when you have firm dates let me know so I can arrange a viewing. If you
like the OW, maybe we can arrange demo flight on the plane to your next destination when you
depart Abu Dhabi.
Thx
Larry

I spoke with J. Mesinger. Serial Number 1381 was originally bought new by the Saudi Royal
Family and was purchased by the Royal Family of Abu Dhabi in 2008 with a Gulfstream pre-
buy accomplished at that time.
It is currently on an MSG 3 maintenance program at this time. We will be receiving a GCMP
report that I will forward.
The asking price is $13.8M and he indicated they are looking for something around$ 13.0M. I
advised him that my client is interested in an airframe that was in need of a full paint and
interior refurbishment, and priced accordingly.
I am not sure what type of response we will get from the Seller to an offer in the mid-to-upper
$11.0M range, but I have no problem in making the offer. The airplane is still based in Abu
Dhabi and the Seller may be willing to bring it to Europe if an offer is on the table or if we
would be willing to pay DOCs to and from Paris.
Needless to say, neither the Seller nor broker appear to be overly motivated despite the aircraft
being on the market for over a year. Let me know what you and Jeffrey think.
Best Regards,
