I knew him by reputation from his yacht service company he bad in St Maarten several years ago. His company had a good reputation for mechanical and hydraulic repairs. After speaking with him and looking at the state of most of the equipment, I do believe that he could save us a great deal of money. Brice had negotiated $40 an hour if we brought him on full time and he seems set on that number. This seems like a fair price considering his skill set.
