I found empty beer bottles, two have smoked joints and used condoms. I reported this to Jinny and provided her with pictures. The area of P-Dock were the barge is docked is completely lacking security, there are a number of drug addicts/alcoholics that have taken residence in this area and do their thing all day and night with no opposittion from anybody, Security looks the other way and ignores this.
