Regarding JE comments on the progress of the engineering bays project - August 3, 2012
Greetings Danny,
I don't know if you have checked your emails yet for the evening, but JE is concerned about the
progress of the Engineering shed project. I know when I saw you this afternoon you were still
certain that the crew will have this project completed on the deadline, which is 8/14.
This is just a suggestion: if you have mapped out in your mind the schedule for the remaining 7
work days - of what aspect of the project each member of the crew on this project will
be responsible for each of the seven days, how many hours they will have to complete it, the order
in which the individual tasks (shelving/doors/painting/subwaWrewiring/etc) will come together -
and try to put together plan in writing for JE, that may be helpful.
Have a great weekend and I will see you on Monday, DW
