Even Norman remembered that his letter had said II B.
The code was for 11B.
They clearly just went to 11J because that is what they arc used to.
When she emailed me once before to request an apartment she mentioned 11J in particular.
Yes... It would be nice if they could do this small thing seeing as I am not sure what else they are
doing. It would be nice to have some help where people arc capable of doing something.
I am going to speak to them about it today and pass this on to them.
