To: From: Robert Sent: Wed 7/24/2013 4:52:49 PM Subject: RE: MORE STUCCO. than stone... Again it's easy for me to spend your money but the original plan is good. The soffits have been packed out to accommodate stone (which is a different width than stucco) in the areas we chose. All that will have to be changed. I already changed the garage side soffits to stone pack out width. The areas that will receive stone have a vapor barrier installed, that is being done this week. If you want to cut back, I would suggest cutting out the garage side stone, but keep in mind, we'll have to change the pack out. And I'll have to stop them from doing the vapor barrier there and on the front which won't have stone. Another way to save money and still make it look consistent with the plan would be to do stone just in the entry way (like you suggested) but also do a stone water table about 4 ft up all the way around the house. The front entry would be all stone and pre cast. I think that would look great. Adjusting the soffit is not the end of the world. It would be consistent like we had a plan. I had planned a precast entry way and also was going to ask you guys if we could do a piece of precast over the gothic window in the front of the house to make it longer. I need to know what you want today to call off the dogs. However a lot of this work may already be completed. So sorry to bother you on your vacation and we hope you are having a GREAT TIME!... but Ike and I have been talking, and in an effort to save money, have both agreed that more stucco than stone will look very nice on our house. Bob, we are thinking of only doing stone now on the area of the front door all the way up to second floor..basically, the popped out portion of the front door area...then ALL the rest of the house stucco... What do you think? I'm only emailing this to you now because I know the stucco guys are to be prepping the house... sorry to bother! (what time did y'all finally take off on sunday?? I hope the plane issue was not a disaster for the day!) and EFTA_R1_00750160 EFTA02133612
