One day will be warm enough for shorts, the next day I need my raincoat and jeans. Scarf will not be needed. Temperature is around 68 degrees today but going down to 57 tomorrow( light coat needed for sure!). I think you need light sweaters but also shirts! So hard to pack for! .. And yes, there are washers and dryers downstairs in the apartment building!
