That is done between the employer ( the Principal) and the Employee (The Hodges). We do have our Terms and Conditions but that has nothing to do with the actually employment terms between you and the Hodges. I do have sample Crew contracts that are used on yachts I have attached but they would need to be adjusted to suit the GM position. Do you not already have a basic contract you have used in the past for this position? Please let me know how I can help this process and any negations necessary.
