We will all pitch in to pay for Jules and Paul's 'head count' and I think a $20 tip for each employee would be appreciated and fair. (I hope you all do too!) Math goes like this: $29 per person for food (we all share cost for J&P + ourselves) $17 for employees plus their tip of $20 each Total per person is $46.00 If you could write me a check for your total (most of you will be $92 total per couple) it would be tremendous. You can send to me or give to me on the 11th... I will pay Chef Luis with my own check for the total balance night of... Some of you have already offered apps, desserts and booze!
