Dinner with the Gerkens was really fun and the dinner was so awesome I have to say! I prepped everything Friday night, so all that had to be done was the rice & corn (or, well that's all I did. . Pete had to grill the chicken and vegs.) Then, yesterday we went to the BBQ at about 2:30. . . I had my first wine spritzer at about 3 pm. . . needless to say, prob had too much -- but I feel fine because I was very hydrated. •I will def bring the kids for the 4th of July fireworks. . .
