walking in the rain to my office sucks. doesn't matter that you have an umbrella when it
comes down like that.

awesome..yes we had a terrific and very busy weekend as well. Cassiday;s game sounds
great...Ty basically did the same thing with soccer and a goal to tie the game
(cause we were losing!) So it was a spectacular finish as well. He had 2 birthday
panics right after soccer back to back ...the second party though adults got to
come and have cocktails...met some new people. they had a bouncy castle. Then
we took Ty to dinner and sat outside at Chef Luis, walked to get ice cream and
walked home. Ty fell asleep in an instant and didnt' get up till 9am on Sunday! He
was torched.
The Bowling's daughter who is in 5th grade was also dropped off at the carnival when it
was in our town but during the day. I'm glad to hear braden did a good job
following instruction and keeping you abreast that all was well. Very important if
he wishes to have more freedom. Too bad you missed his game again though...try
not to next weekend. you and pete should switch it up some so ya'll get to see
each kid.
Ysterday I had a huge grocery trip and coscto run. Our arch. came over in the morning
for 2 hours and we LOVE what he is doing...BUT the house is too big right now
and we are not sure where to cut it back...it is at 6300 sq feet and we wanted 5500
tops. The most sq footage comes from the 3 car garage and the big game
room/movie room above it...so we are scaling that down some and taking a foot
out right down the middle of the house...so foyer won't be as wide and breakfast
nook...then upstairs it was mostly hall space...so both will help to knock it down
some...But that was a very fun meeting...he totally nailed the front of the house as
well with what we want it to look like. Last night we cooked burgers on the grill
and it was s0000 good. We ate outside too which i love. Jeffrey was hitting me up
with work all weekend so I spent some time on the computer last night also....Ty
has his 1st grade concemt tomorrow and I want to go and will come in to work
late. Figured it was fair to put in an hour and a half last night.
Glad tall had a good one. Did you have pp over Sat. night?

how was yours?
mine was good -- such amazing weather!
Sat. took Cass for her ISEE test in Trumball, CT. Then drove back home to change, have
lunch and then left to take her to Yorktown for LAX. She scored the last goal 2
secs before the whistle blew to end the game -- it was great! She plays very
aggressively. It's awesome exercise (lots of running!)

I missed Braden's baseball game (again) -- but he did well also. He's really hitting the ball
nicely this year. AND, oh my gosh, I took him and another friend to the carnival
and DROPPED them off on Sat. night. He checked in every 1/2 hour by calling
Pete's cell -- and he did a good job -- he didn't miss one call. We let him go for 2
hours. . . .He had a blast and the friend who went with him spent the night.
Sunday I took Cass and a friend to the carnival -- it was fun. Then we went to the
Gerkens last night for smores. That was fun too.
