Very strange to me, but apparently, HSBC does not allow you to get a TO DATE balance printed...they print statements once a month. Even after getting her all set up to view her account on line, I was still told that we could not see an up to date balance anywhere on the website. In order to get today's balance on a formal document from the bank, you need to get an Account Verification Letter.
