We are awaiting one last approval internally to transfer the assets to the new account and get the new account set up with online banking. It looks like we were able to reverse the $990 debit and will be providing provisional credit for the $334 debit from February 1. I will follow up with an official notification of the provisional credit tomorrow once it has been issued. I will also let you know as soon as assets are transferred and we have linked the account to online banking. Additionally, we will order checks first thing tomorrow and I will confirm once those have been delivered. Thank you for your patience on this, glad we were able to get quick resolution.
