Attached is my master list that I've been working on. It's got glorious tabs on the KYC's I've gotten approved, the ones currently submitted, real time account onboardings, and ones I'm still working on. The Jefferies relationship is proving to be the most time consuming...not sure if I can finish them all before I go, but giving you a heads up on it just in case. Your task would basically be to check on the ones that have been submitted to make sure they haven't gotten rejected. If they do, just assign it to yourself and address the rejection points. For all rejection points, you have to email the reviewer and literally address each rejection point so they know you resolved each one...annoying I know.
