Wires not credited to client account Attached is information for two wires that were supposed to have been credited to a client's account today but could not be applied for some reason. I need to provide an explanation to the client first thing tomorrow. Are the funds sitting in a suspense account or were they returned? If they are sitting in a suspense account, how do we get them credited to the client's account? What was the issue that caused them not to be applied? Any information would be helpful.
