Karen L. Gordon

New Zealand-born former defense force member and wife of Brice M. Gordon. Together they were among Jeffrey Epstein's most loyal long-term employees, managing the Zorro Ranch property in New Mexico from the early 2000s until Epstein's death in 2019.

In 2016, the couple relocated to Little St. James Island to take over operations following the death of the previous island manager. They lived on-site, coordinated closely with Ghislaine Maxwell, and maintained the extreme privacy of Epstein's estates. No allegations of wrongdoing have been made against them.
