Steven Victor

Steven Victor is a New York-based dermatologist and medical entrepreneur who appears in the Epstein case files in connection with personal financial matters. Victor founded and served as CEO of IntelliCell BioSciences, a company based at 460 Park Avenue in Manhattan, in addition to establishing Victor Dermatology and Rejuvenation PC in New York City.
