No. 86824.054. Staff immediately entered the visiting room and instructed inmate Fernandez to stand, and he was escorted from the scene to search area without further incident. Inmate Fernandez was instructed to relinquish the item, however inmate Fernandez continued to deny he was in possession of any contraband. Inmate Fernandez was photographed and medically examined and with no apparent injuries identified. Inmate Fernandez was visually searched with negative results and provided a urinalysis test.
