FD-302 (Rev. 5-8-1(1) -1 of 2- OFFICIAL RECORD Date ofentry 08/20/2019 , was interviewed in the offices of Special Investigations Unit of the Metropolitan Correctional Center located at 150 Park Row, New York NY 10007. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agent and the nature of the interview, provided the following information: stated that he has been in MCC since March 4, 2019. also informed us that he knows what happened but that did not want to speak without his lawyer present. continued to speak and offered information anyway. stated that JEFF (as he referred to the victim) often complained about the machine. described a CPAP machine once asked to clarify. also stated that his cell mate JOHNNY CONTRERAS also saw everything but that he would never speak as he is a member of the MS 13 and tha
