MCC Video Review

MCC Video Review Day: 8/09/2019 4pm-8/10/2019 7am Black Male (BM) walks out of Door 46 with something in his hand and walks to the desk area. He then walks away from the desk area toward the exit leading to the laundry room and out of view. At the same time, another person walked from behind the desk and stood in front of the desk and then walked back behind 4:01pm the desk. There is a lot of movement around the desk area by one or two 4:04pm people 2 people walk from behind the desk toward the exit to the 4:05:03pm laundry room and out of view Person walks back to the desk and sits down in a chair which he 4:05:50pm then rolls over toward the stairs to J Tier Same person gets up from the chair and walks over to the desk 4:06pm area 2 people walk from the desk area up the stairs toward G Tier. At the same time, a Black male opened Door 46 and pushed out a cart with unknown objects on top and then closed Door 46 4:07pm behind him. Person walked down the stairs
