VNS is the Victim Notification System which allows us to meet our legal obligation to notify and provide rights to victims of federal crimes. The system is tied to FBI, USAO, BOP, USPIS and the Marshalls. Victims only need one login and password to track the entire legal life of the case. The contact report shows all the information that is currently recorded in VNS. The TOTAL VICTIM list is fronl and contains all victims that have been identified.
