He believes she could have passed for 18, but he is not sure of her age. • DR did not know how old was when he met her. He assumed she was right out of high school and appeared to be 18 or 19, but DR did not know for sure. • JE first purchased helicopters in or around 2002 or 2003. DR recalls JE having about four different helicopters. o LV & DR flew the helicopters o DR recalls Darren flying a helicopter o Earlier on, JE used a helicopter service to get to and from his island before he owned helicopters o GM flew the helicopter. In hierarchy of JE's employees, GM was right below JE, and if an employee wanted something, they had to go through GM. o DR remembers GM being very fair and recalls that she articulated clearly what she wanted from other employees o DR does not recall being told any rules about how to interact with passengers on JE's planes o DR remembers signing an NDA as part of his employment with JE early on. DR's understanding was that he should not talk about the job. DR believes the NDA may have come from Wexner because JE was working for Wexner at that time. • DR stopped putting passenger names in his logbook in or around 2007. That was for a different reason than when he stopped keeping a logbook entirely in or around 2013. DR stopped keeping a logbook in 2013 because he got tired of it. DR stopped including passenger names in the logbook in 2007 based on a conversation he had with one of JE's attorneys. • Reviewed Fli is 416 (January 7, 2007) and 418 (January 16, 2007).
