I told Brad that I would send the letter by the end of this week and he and I are going to meet in person once he receives the letter. I also conveyed our position on the motion to unseal. • These are the outstanding items that I need from you: (1) A version of the letter that I can share (2) The name or title of the official who wi mee e loners counsel (3) The stipulation of dismissal I also asked that their motion to change the date just be a straightforward request, not the usual Cassell rant.
