Regarding your request for a photograph, lawyers for both the defendant and the victims in this case have filed FOIA requests with our office and the FBI, which we are fighting based upon the pendency of the investigation. Turning over the photograph to you would undercut our position, so I would recommend that you contact one of Mr. Epstein's attorneys to obtain a photograph. It is my understanding that they received from the State Attorney's Office copies of all of the photographs taken by the Palm Beach Police Department when the search warrant was executed. If they are unable or unwilling to give you a photograph, please let me know. The agents have checked their notes regarding their last contact with victim FBI's Victim Services Coordinator, contacted It was several months ago, immediate! following her miscarriage. the and the other victims in the September time frame to inform them of the resolution of the case. They are unaware of any other FBI contact. Now that I have received the Bar opinion letter, I will follow up with and as we previously discussed. Sincerely, R.
