Petitioners' filed their Notice after the Court's September 9, 2010, which closed this case in light of related settlements and a lack of activity for nearly seventeen months. (DE 38). Petitioners' Notice states that they intend to make subsequent filings and therefore requests that the Court reopen this matter.
