Amendment No. 3 to Form S-1 Table of Contents Safeway's vendor allowances totaled $2.5 billion in fiscal 2014, $2.4 billion in fiscal 2013 and $2.3 billion in fiscal 2012 and can be grouped into the following broad categories: promotional allowances, slotting allowances and contract allowances.
