GLDUS139 Third Lake Capital Proprietary and Confidential (d) Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, each Limited Partner agrees to provide any information or certifications (including without limitation information about such Limited Partner's direct and indirect owners) that may reasonably be requested by the Partnership to allow the Partnership, the Underlying Fund or any member of any --expanded affiliated group" (as defined in Section 147I(e)(2) of the Code)
