PRESKA, Senior United States District Judge: Before the Court is a request by Defendant Alan Dershowitz (“Mr. Dershowitz”) to modify the protective order entered in Giuffre v. Maxwell, No. 15 Civ. 7433 (S.D.N.Y.), to permit him access to “all filings and discovery materials, including third- party discovery” from that case. (See Dershowitz Letter Requesting Pre-Motion Conference on Motion to Modify the Protective Order (“Dershowitz June 12 Letter”), dated June 12, 2020 [dkt. no. 133 in 19 Civ. 3377].) Mr. Dershowitz originally sought the Court’s leave to fully brief a motion to modify the protective order in Maxwell pursuant to Rule 2.A of this Court’s individual practices. The parties from both Giuffre v. Dershowitz, No. 19 Civ. 3377
