Maxwell, No. 15 Civ. 7433 (S.D.N.Y.), to permit him access to “all filings and discovery materials, including third- party discovery” from that case. (See Dershowitz Letter Requesting Pre-Motion Conference on Motion to Modify the Protective Order (“Dershowitz June 12 Letter”), dated June 12, 2020 [dkt. no. 133 in 19 Civ. 3377].) Mr. Dershowitz originally sought the Court’s leave to fully brief a motion to modify the protective order in Maxwell pursuant to Rule 2.A of this Court’s individual practices.
