Summary
Tenth data set consisting primarily of FBI interview summaries (FD-302 forms) with victims and witnesses. The interviews were conducted across multiple investigations from 2005 through 2021. Many victim identities were redacted to protect their privacy. The records documented the scope of Epstein's abuse pattern across multiple locations and years.

FBI CID Co-Conspirator Designation - Wexner, Groff, Brunel
An FBI Criminal Investigative Division document dated August 15, 2019, listing Leslie Wexner, Lesley Groff, and Jean-Luc Brunel as 'co-conspirators' in the Epstein investigation. The document was originally heavily redacted but unredacted by DOJ on February 10, 2026 following Congressional pressure under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Wexner's attorneys stated the AUSA told his counsel in 2019 that he was 'neither a co-conspirator nor target in any respect.' No charges were ever brought against Wexner. Brunel was later charged in France but died in custody in February 2022 before trial. Groff was investigated by SDNY but the investigation concluded in December 2021 without charges.

Epstein Draft Message to Wexner - 'Gang Stuff' and Mutual Debts
An undated draft message from Jeffrey Epstein to Leslie Wexner, released by DOJ on February 6, 2026. The message references the two being involved in 'gang stuff' for more than 15 years and speaks of mutual debts they owed each other, suggesting a far more complex and ongoing relationship than Wexner's public statements indicated. Wexner's representatives say the message was never sent or received and was written when Epstein was 'furious' that Wexner refused to meet him after their relationship ended around 2007.
