Alleged permanent emergency declaration and secret security designations linked to 9/11 agenda

This used to be illegal... We had the posse comitatus acts which said, yes, if there’s a real emergency you could call up the ARMY to deal with the emergency, but you cannot do it ona permanent basis but we now do do it on a permanent basis.
