And I've cit in the reply brief, but what is not presentation of that ted the actual quote for you table, in my view, is that when Ms. Maxwell is presented with these police reports, it is for the first time at her deposition by Ms. McCawley, and there is an exchange in the transcript where Ms. McCawley and Ms. Maxwell are going back and forth and Ms. Maxwell says, you SOUTHERN DISTRICT REPORTERS, P.C.
