An attempt was made to interview but she advised site had to work and would not be available to meet on this date. ?aid she could meet with Detectives on July 23, 2006, at 12 Noon. . On July 28, 2006, at a roximately 1200 HRS, WP DOB cante to the Palm Beach Police Station. I verified denti?cation by her Florida drivers license. said she read an article in the Palm Beach Post newspaper on July 25, 2006, which advised Jeffrey Epstein was arrested. -aid the article advised a lie detector test was passed by Epstein which stated Epstein did not know the girls in question where under the age of 13.?he was a victim of Epstein and she advised she told him on numerous occasions she was only 17 years of age. LAURA: On August 2006, I received PBPD case 064078 for followup. Del Dawson of tlte Detective Bureau ltad conducted several interviews ofvietims tltat had encounters with Jeffrey Epstein and ltis assistant Sarah Kellen. As the recent indictment attd arrest of Jeffrey Epstein, a part time resident ofPalm Beach. was generating a great deal ofnews media attention, several telephone calls were received by this agettcy with subjects tltat had encounters with Epstein. . 1 reviewed the ?le and conducted background information on the subjects interviewed. Additionally. as the Federal Bureau of Investigation was given the information on PBPD Case 05-368, I provided the FBI Of?ce with the new victims information that had approached the police department attd were already interviewed. I researched the time frame the victims were called to appear and ?work? at Epsteins heuse. It appeared that the subjects first were brought during the time frame ofJanuary 2004 through March 2004. Based on this infonnation, a subpoena request was requested through the State Attorneys Of?ce for cellular telephone records for Sarah Kellen, Epsteins personal assistant for the time frame ofJanuary 2004 through March 2004. The subpoena was issued to Cingular Wireless Subpoena Compliance Department. . On August I4. 2006. I received a telephone call from a subject who identified herself as Susannah B. Troy from New York City. Troy advised she was calling because she had been reading about Jeffrey Epstein attd wanted to provide any assistance in the investigation. Troy advised she met Epstein itt New York City through Ghisldine Maxwell, his girlfriend. Maxwell was aware that Troy is an artist and currently has a web page Maxwell coordinated an appointment to meet Jeffrey Epstein at his residence in New York City. Troy went to the Epstein townhouse and took several pieces of artwork slte thought he might like and purchase. Once she arrived to the house, she took an elevator and met with Maxwell attd Epstein. Site showed Epstein the art pieces and Epstein did not appear interested. Troy to have conversations with Epstein about art work and felt there was a connection with Epstein. Troy advised Epstein got "frisker and wilder" in their relatimtship. She provided massages for Epstein and sometime during their relationship, she felt she was being used by Epstein and terminated the relationship. On August 17. 2006, I received a telephone call from a subject who identi?ed lterself as Keri Popa from California. Popa advised she was in Fort Lauderdalc. Florida in 2003 or 2004 when she was contacted by her long time friend Lisa Phillips. Popa advised she was twenty ?ve years old at the time. Phillips and Popa were aspirittg models and Phillips was contracted by the Ford Modeling Agency due to her friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. Popa advised site was called by Phillips to meet Epstein in Palm Beach in hopes to further lter modeling career. Popa advised she was given Epsteins telephone number by Phillips. Popa called Epstein and made an appointment to see Epstein with Phillips. Popa traveled from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach to meet with Epstein. She traveled to a big house in Palm Beach at the end ofa street. Popa could not remember the name ofthe street but knew it was the last house as she could see the lntracoastal Vt?aterway from his house. She knocked on the door which led a kitchen area. She met with Epstein and an unknown assistant in the kitcltett area. POPE was taken upstairs by the assistant to a large bedroom area which led into a large bathroom. The bathroom was large and had two clear door showers and a green and pink couch up against the wall. Epstein came out a side door and requested a massage from Popa. Epstein was dressed only in a towel and laid onto the massage table which was already opened. Popa felt something was wrong. and called Phillips on her cellular telephone. Popa explained to Phillips that Epstein wished to be massaged before they spoke ofher modeling career. Phillips told her that it would only be a massage and he would pay her $300.00 for the massage. Phillips further told Popa that "hes kind of weird like that." Popa terminated her call with Phillips and began to rub Epsteins back with a pro-selected lotion. Epstein turned over and was now lying on his back. Popa began rubbing Epsteins chest, as he requested. Epstein reached up to Popa and attempted to remove her blouse by unbuttoning her blouse. Popa stopped Epstein and asked him "what was he doing?" Epstein replied, "Dont you want to get into Victoria Secrets?" Popa advised him "not like that. I dont." Epstein is to serve 18 tnonths incarceration. followed by l2 months of community control. During the months ofcommunity control, Epstein is not to have any unsupervised visits with minors, and cannot possess or have access to pornographic materials. Epstein will be a registered sexual offender and began serving his sentence immediately at the conclusion of the hearing. . On July 14, 2003, was contacted by Attontey Brad Edwards who explained he represents several victims of sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein. As a result, Edwards has civil lawsuits ?led against Jeffrey Epstein. Edwards explained the victims allege Jeffrey Epstein had sexually abused them during the time frame of 2003 and 2004 and would make them available if we would investigate their allegations. Edwards 3 clients were previously considered in the investigation conducted by the FBI and Edwards advised that this entire matter was referred to the FBI and any further concerns are appropriately considered by the FBI. .
