I am in receipt of your records request dated July 14, 2017. You requested records related to:
Any database or other records of hate crimes or crimes evidencina bias of race, color,
ethnicity, reliqion, qender, qender identity, sexual orientation, national origin or disability reported to
or investigated by your aqency since Jan. 1, 2010.
The Kenosha Police Department does not maintain a database that you describe and the department
does not have the ability to search for the criteria that you have requested. consulted with the
manager of Kenosha Joint Services Records Division concerning your request. The Records Division
does not maintain a database that you describe and they do not have the ability to search for the
criteria that you have requested.
