Help us plan how to improve your local park Please join us and share your ideas for improving the playground and basketball courts in Morningside Park at 117th - 118th Streets Thursday, July 20, 2017 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. PAL’s Harlem Center 441 Manhattan Avenue (corner of 119th Street) This project was funded by Borough President Gale Brewer, Council Member Mark Levine and former Council Member (now Assembly Member) Inez Dickens. NYC Parks is starting the design process for this project by holding a scope meeting, in which local residents discuss how they would like to see the playground and basketball courts improved. With this input, we will develop a schematic design, which will be presented to Community Board 9 for public review.
