After jes's three years at the helm of the Investment bank and International, the businesses have never been stronger, and are left with great momentum and a deep bench. The conditions are now ripe to begin a transition of the management of the TB to the next generation while taking full advantage of Jes's apptitude to initaite new ideas and solutions in the fast changing and ever growing complexity of regulation and technology.
