FD-302 (Rev. 54-10) -1 of 2 - FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Mile of Olin 08/20/2019 OFFICIAL RECORD A search warrant, issued in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on 07/11/2019 at 12:50 pm, was executed at 9 East 71st Street, New York, New York 10O21 at 2:35pm on 07/11/2019. During the search, Agents observed items missing from within the residence, which were originally located within a safe, during a previous search warrant on 7/06/2019. SA Kelly Maguire made contact with RICHARD KAHN (KAHN) who advised that the house manager MERWIN DELACRUZ (DELACRUZ) on 07/07/2019 packed JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN)'s belongings from his safe using one (1) black and one (1) blue suit case and transported the items to KAHN's residence in close proximity to EPSTEIN's residence. KAHN advised that he had not opened the suitcases nor knew what their contents were. KAHN advised that he would respond to the search location and turn over the suitcases that had been removed from the residence. Upon arrival, approximately thirty (30) minutes later, KAHN provided two (2) suite cases. KAHN was provided with a Receipt of Property form by SA Maguire. The two (2) suit cases were inventoried prior to leaving the residence and being transported to a Federal Bureau of Investigation Office. The following items were inventoried within the blue suit case: • Two (2) binders containing CD's • Red box with metal bracelet • United States Department of Treasury Customs mini badge and wallet • Expired U.S Passport - Epstein, Jeffrey • Four (4) additional U.S Passports - Epstein, Jeffrey • Austrian Passport - Epstein, Jeffrey • Maroon case with black and gold watch • Black wallet with various cards • Brown case with various assorted jewelry • Black box with F.P. Maguire's 302 for updated inventory list and correction (Serial #243)1 The following items were inventoried within the black suit case: • Blue box with loose diamonds • Jewelry box with assorted cash (dollars/euros) • Cash in yellow envelope • Diamond certificates - Three (3) stacks in rubber bands • Richard Mille watch Upon completion of the inventory, one inventory log and a two (2) Receipt for Property were completed and reviewed. The first Receipt of property form was for receiving the suitcases from Mr. Kahn. The second Receipt of property was for the inventory of items within the suitcase. A copy of the Receipt for Property, pertaining to the inventory, was provided and left on scene. Once the execution of the search warrant was completed, the two (2) suite cases were transported back to the FBI main office located at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, New York. Once at this location, the items were secured within a safe, door safe 02, within the FBI's New York Operation Center. All original logs including two (2) FD-597, one (1) inventory log and one (1) DVD containing the search photos are maintained within a lA envelope attached to this communication.
