FD-302 (Rev. 54-10) -1 of 1 - FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date ofentry 07/29/2019 Pursuant to an arrest warrant issued in the Southern District of New York, Special Agents and Task Force Officers of the Federal Bureau of Investigation located and arrested JEFFREY EPSTEIN at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. On or about July 6, 2019, at approximately 5:30PM, EPSTEIN's plane with tail number N212JE landed in Teterboro, New Jersey, arriving from Paris, France. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents and processed EPSTEIN coming back into the United States Once EPSTEIN cleared US Customs, EPSTEIN was introduced to FBI Special Agent and Task Force Officer, Detective EPSTEIN was informed that a federal arrest warrant had been issued for him regarding sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. EPSTEIN was read his rights, which he in turn asked to speak with his lawyer before questioning. EPSTEIN was taken transported to 26 Special Agent Officer, Detective Metropolitan Correctional into FBI custody at approximately 6:12PM. EPSTEIN was Federal Plaza, New York, New York for arrest processing by pS ecial Agent and Task Force before being transported to the Center for safe keeping until his initial appearance on July 8, 2019. Also present to assist with the arrest was Special Agent Special Agent Special Agent-CBP Agent , CBP Supervisory Agent and CBP Supervisory Agent The arrest operation was supervised by Supervisory Special Agent and NYPD Lieutenant Arrest warrant, Advice of Rights, arrest paperwork, and receipt for property are all attached in a 1A.
