FD-302 (Rev. 5.8-10) 50D-NY-3027571 Serial 206 -1 of 2- FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date of oozy 08/07/2019 On August 2nd, 2019, Special Agent (SA) Kelly Maguire met with FRANK SENERCHIA (SENERCHIA) in the lobby of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) office at 290 Broadway, New York, New York 10007. Also present during the meeting was SA Brenden Gray. SENERCHIA worked for Orion Investigations Inc. at 780 Third Avenue, New York, New York 10017, phone number:917-601- 3738. SENERCHIA was tasked by the legal counsel representing JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN) to meet with SA Maguire to take custody of valuable property that was being released by the FBI non-relevant to the investigation against EPSTEIN. When SENERCHIA arrived, SA Maguire presented (1) blue in color hard shell suitcase secured by combination locks and (1) black in color canvas suitcase. SA Maguire then item by item, reviewed the contents of both suitcases against what was listed on the FD-597 Receipt for Property inventory. The items were as follows: Black Suitcase • (1) black box containing loose diamonds • (1) box containing assorted cash • Diamond certificates • (1) Richard Mille Watch • (1) current U.S. Passport (EPSTEIN) Blue Suitcase • (1) Red box with metal bracelet inside • (1) U.S. Department of Treasury Customs badge • (5) Expired U.S. passports (Epstein) • (1) Maroon case containing Black & Gold colored watch • (1) Black wallet containing AT&T corporate card • (1) Brown case with assorted jewelry (1) Black box with F.P. At that time, SENERCHIA departed the premises with the aforementioned property.
