2021 Cost Reimbursement Program
Main Oratory f. 2021
T-Mobile values its relationship with government entities and devotes substantial resources to
providing services and assistance in response to legal demands, such as search warrants,
court orders and subpoenas. In furtherance of this relationship, T-Mobile is pleased to
announce that as of January 1, 2021, the 2021 Cost Reimbursement Program ("2021 CRP")
will be implemented. The 2021 CRP is a modification to the rates of reimbursement for
services that T-Mobile is lawfully permitted to recover from the government.
Attached is a schedule of 2021 CRP rates, which has been both simplified and/or reduced in
overall average cost.
The 2021 CRP rates will become effective for legal demands received on or after January 1,
2021.
Should you or your agency have questions about the 2021 CRP or a specific legal demand,
please contact us at [email protected].
For questions regarding specific invoices, please contact us at [email protected].
