From: Ying-A Wang Sent: 5/3/2017 2:55:34 PM To: Wayne Salit ; Cherie Quigley I l; Maura Liconte Subject: Please advise - NEW SAIF for Darren Indyke [CI Attachments: RE Cashing Checks.pdf; SAIF - Darren Indyke 2017 New.doc; Darren lndke Cashed checks.pdf; MFPScan2017.04.27- 125015 (002).pdf; SAIF - Darren Indyke PREVIOUS Filing.doc Classification: Confidential Wayne, Maura, Please see enclosed SAIF draft for client Darren Indyke. Client is an attorney whos has POA for his client Jeffrey Epstein. He cashes checks for Mr. Epstein for $7.5k regularly. Last week Mr. Indyke came into the branch with two checks - $7.5k for Mr. Epstein and $4k from his own personal account. He inquired from the tellers whether if a CTR will be filed if he cashed both checks. The tellers told him yes, so he opted to not cash his own check and came in the next day to cash his $4k personal check in order to avoid the CTR filing requirement. The same instance occurred on 7/20/2016 and a SAIF was filed for that instance. Enclosed please see previous SAIF filing. Given that this is the second time this has occurred, we should have a discussion about the future of this account, including a discussion with the RM. Please advise.
