I don't think this is any different than we discussed a couple of months ago with regard to ATMs. We have no way of knowing which ATMs have higher limits for non-customers of those banks, and whether they will let you take multiple withdrawals across ATMs at the same bank. We did talk about using a teller window for a cash advance of greater amounts — did that not work?
