aaa. "Interest Certificates" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20. bbb. "Interest Reserve" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6i. ccc. "Investment Committee" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 61 ddd. "Investment P&L" shall mean, with respect to an Investment for a fiscal year, the net realized and unrealized gains or losses for such Investment for such fiscal year (taking into account the expenses related thereto), determined on a marked-to-market basis in accordance with the Firm's Valuation Policies. eee. "Investments" shall mean the investments owned or hereafter acquired from time to time by any of the Funds as determined in the discretion of the Managing Member. ff. "Loan" shall mean a term loan made by the Company to a Non- Managing Member from the proceeds of the Citi Loan evidenced by a Note and secured by the Note Collateral. hhh.
