BUTTERFLY TRUST ADDITION OF BENEFICIARIES Pursuant to Article Third, Paragraph B of that certain Trust Agreement, dated December 27, 2006 (the "Trust Agreement"), between JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor (the "Grantor"), and DARREN K.
