RIN II - 094 Alpha Group Capital LLC SCHEDULE VI MINIMUM DBRS WEIGHTED AVERAGE RECOVERY RATE TEST ["Minimum DBRS Weighted Average Recovery Rate Test" will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if: (a) the DBRS Weighted Average Recovery Rate for the Senior Facility is greater than or equal to the "A WARR Covenant" in the Applicable Matrix Case; and (b) the DBRS Weighted Average Recovery Rate for the Mezzanine Facility is greater than or equal to the "BBB WARR Covenant" in the Applicable Matrix Case. "DBRS Weighted Average Recovery Rate" means, as of any Measurement Date, the number, expressed as a percentage and determined separately for each of the Senior Facility and the Mezzanine Facility, obtained by summing the products obtained by multiplying the Principal Balance (excluding purchased accrued interest) of each Collateral Obligation by its DBRS Recovery Rate, dividing such sum by the aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations and rounding up to the nearest 0.1 per cent. For purposes of this rate, the Principal Balance of any Defaulted Obligation shall be deemed to be zero. -DBRS Recovery Rate" means for each Collateral Obligation for purposes of determining the recovery rate, a percentage based on the most appropriate description of the Collateral Obligation's security position, DBRS Recovery Tier, and rating of the Senior Facility and the Mezzanine Facility from the tables entitled "DBRS Corporate Recovery Rates* contained in Schedule 15.
