Classification: For Internal use only All, This overdraft has now been outstanding for 11 days. Per policy, it is being escalated to Andrew, copied. I understand that the client had fraud on this account about a week ago—a new account was opened and the assets were transferred, but this account was supposed to be closed (and was not). As of Friday, we were waiting to learn if this was a "good" transaction or also fraudulent. JJ: Do you have an update on this and when the overdraft will finally be resolved?
